| I wasn't sure how I wanted to start the tree. I was thinking to use a cone shape, but then just made the stand instead. |

| I settled on using the polygon feature and shaving the edge off, creating a shape more akin to a Mayan temple. Luckily the vegetation texture makes it look like a tree. |

| I had to go to youtube in order to learn how to make a 3D sphere in sketchup. Placing ornaments was a pain. |

| Finished product. Some translucent ornaments and some opaque ornaments adorn the tree on all sides. |
